Pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Auckland Council hereby notifies that a resolution was passed by the Parks, Recreation and Sport Committee at its meeting on 9 September 2014 declaring the parcel of land described in the Schedule hereto as a recreation reserve subject to the Reserves Act 1977.
