Revocation of the Appointment to Control and Manage a Reserve and Appointment of the Heretaunga Free Kindergarten Association Incorporated to Control and Manage a Reserve
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Director, Conservation Partnerships, Lower North Island Region, Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the appointment of the Waipukurau Free Kindergarten Association Incorporated to control and manage the reserve (known as the Waipawa Kindergarten) described in the Schedule, and appoints the Heretaunga Free Kindergarten Association Incorporated to control and manage the said reserve as a local purpose (site for a kindergarten) reserve, subject to the provisions of the Act.
