Amending a Notice—Land No Longer Required for Education Purposes

The notice headed Land Declared No Longer Required for Education Purposes, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 3 May 2007, No. 48, page 1264, is amended by revoking the following item from the Schedule:

1.1092	Sections 2317–2322, 2353, part Sections 2323 and 2324 Town of New Plymouth, Closed Road SO 93410 and Part Section H New Plymouth Town Belt (all Proclamations 1633, 2353 and 12607), subject to a limited access road contained in Certificate of Title 332345, Taranaki Land District.
