Pursuant to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981 (“the Act”), and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Jessica Enoka, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portion of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to sections 117(7) and 120(3) of the Act, shall be added to the land in Computer Freehold Register NA126B/473.
