Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservation Partnerships Manager for the Rotorua District of the Department of Conservation revokes the reservation as a recreation reserve over the land described in the Schedule and declares that the land may be disposed of by the Rotorua District Council on such terms and conditions as the Council determines, the proceeds from the sale to be paid into the general funds of the Council.
