Pursuant to section 95(3) of the Government Roading Powers Act 1989, the NZ Transport Agency gives notice, with effect from 16 June 2015, that the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby revoked and the notice declaring it to be road, as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 27 May 1965, No. 29, page 869, is revoked.
