Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservation Partnerships Manager, Western Bay of Plenty District, Department of Conservation, revokes the reservation over the land for a local purpose (service lane) reserve described in the Schedule below with the effect that the land is vested in the Western Bay of Plenty District Council from the date of publication of this notice.
