Setting Apart Māori Freehold Land as a Māori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338(1)(a) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Māori reservation for the purposes of a marae and a meeting place for the common use and benefit of the Ngāti Wakaiti Tribe and other Māori people in the vicinity and to be called Waimapu Marae.
