Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Jemma Cooper, Land Information New Zealand:

1. Pursuant to section 20(1) and pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, declares that the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired for water supply purposes and vested in the South Taranaki District Council; and
2. Pursuant to section 52(4), declares that the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is set apart for water supply purposes subject to the right created by Transfer 258270.3 and together with the right created by Transfer 143239, and remains vested in the South Taranaki District Council

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
