Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated the 8th day of February 2013 declaring land as road and taking severances for amalgamation with adjoining lands, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 21 February 2013, No. 21, page 587, as amended by the New Zealand Gazette, 15 January 2015, Issue No. 3, Notice No. 2015-ln245, by deleting the subject interests shown as (ii) and (iii) in (c) of the recital to the land to vest in the Crown for education purposes by amalgamation into the adjoining Computer Freehold Register 237470.
