Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservation Partnerships Manager of the Eastern Bay of Plenty Office of the Department of Conservation classifies the reserve described in the Schedule as a scenic reserve to be managed pursuant to the purposes outlined in section 19(1)(a) of the Act, subject to the provisions of the Act.
