Pursuant to section 7 of the National Parks Act 1980, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, as from the 28th day after the publication of this Order in Council in the New Zealand Gazette, be National Park subject to the National Parks Act 1980 and shall be added to and form part of Mount Aspiring National Park.

This Order in Council is in substitution for the Order in Council dated the 11th day of August 2014, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 21 August 2014, No. 96, page 2733, and that Order in Council is cancelled.
