Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Jessica Enoka, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in the Rotorua District Council, excluding as to the land firstly described all coal and other minerals reserved to the Crown, pursuant to section 8 of the Mining Act 1971 and section 5 of the Coal Mines Act 1979, on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
