Setting Apart Māori Freehold Land as a Māori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338 of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Māori reservation for the purpose of a cemetery, is to be known as Nga Urupā Hoori Te Rua Whakautu Cemetery for the common use and benefit of Whanaungatanga Nga Uri O Mohi Kawenata Tito.

Part of that piece of land situated in Block XVI Mangakahia Survey District and described as follows:

0.0405	Part of the land contained in Mangakahia No. 3 (Computer Freehold Register NA55A/1294 North Auckland Land Registry).
