Under of the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservation Partnerships Manager for the South Canterbury District of the Department of Conservation appoints the Waitaki Kaik Fishing Reserve Committee to control and manage the Kaik local purpose (fishing settlement) reserve described in the Schedule, subject to the provisions of the Act.
