Under section 6(3) of the Reserves Act 1977 and acting under a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Gisborne District Council amends an error in the notice classifying a recreation reserve dated the 10th day of February 2015 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 19 February 2015, Issue No. 16, Notice No. 2015-ln851, by omitting in the Schedule Area

“4.9051”

and inserting

“4.9501”

in its place.
