Gazette.govt.nzUnder the Conservation Act 1987, the Minister of Conservation declares that the land described in the Second and Third Schedules is held for conservation purposes, and further declares that the land described in the First, Second and Third Schedules is to be held for the purposes of a conservation park to be known as the Aotea Conservation Park, with the land in the First Schedule retaining its additional protection as a forest sanctuary and the land in the Second Schedule retaining its additional protection as an ecological area.
