Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977 (“the Act”), and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Christchurch City Council hereby gives notice that the Council resolved that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been declared to be a reserve within the meaning of the Act, to be held as a local purpose (stormwater retention) reserve for the purposes specified in section 23 of the Act.
