Pursuant to section 52(1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice be set apart for use in connection with a road (segregation strip) subject to the geothermal and electricity easement in gross created in Easement 8702593.6 (recorded in Computer Interest Register 549546) and the right to convey electricity, telecommunications and computer media created by Deed 9469018.1 (recorded in Computer Interest Register 627541) and shall remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
