Pursuant to Article 9 of the Wine (Grape Wine Levy) Order 2010, it was resolved at a board meeting of the Wine Institute of New Zealand Incorporated on 18 June 2015 that the levy rate to apply to sales of grape wine, or the grape wine component of grape wine products, from 1 July 2015 to 30 June 2016 be fixed at the rate of 2.25 cents per litre.
