Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 4 July 2013, which was granted under those Regulations to Alistair Sutton in respect of Beanstalk Kindergarten (60172), situated at 39A Duncan Street, Tawa, Wellington.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
