Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 3 December 2012, which was granted under those Regulations to Jill Oliver in respect of Toddlers Turf Childcare Infants & Toddlers Centre (20193), situated at 66 Trevor Hosken Drive, Manukau Central, Auckland.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
