as health practitioner members of the Dental Council for three-year terms of office commencing on the date of this notification; and reappointed

John Aarts

as a health practitioner member of the Dental Council for a three-year term of office commencing on the date of this notification; and reappointed

Kathryn Hazlett

as a layperson member of the Dental Council for a three-year term of office commencing on 8 April 2016.
