as health practitioner members of the Midwifery Council of New Zealand for three-year terms of office commencing on the date of this notice’s publication; and reappointed

Annette Black

as a layperson member of the Midwifery Council of New Zealand for three-year terms of office commencing on the date of this notice’s publication.
