Pursuant to section 160(3) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, I, Jeremy Salmond, Treasury Solicitor, hereby give notice that on 8 December 2015, Grace Campbell-Macdonald, Manager, Education and Skills, Treasury, acting under a delegation from the Minister of Finance and a sub-delegation from the Secretary to the Treasury and Peter Hughes, Secretary for Education (acting under delegation from the Minister of Education), gave approval under section 160(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, in relation to section 161 of that Act, for Taupo-Nui-A-Tia College Board of Trustees to acquire a single share in Outdoor Education New Zealand for the amount of $1.00.
