as a layperson member of the Optometrists and Dispensing Opticians Board for a three-year term of office commencing on the date of this notification; and reappointed

Dr Jennifer Craig

as a health practitioner member of the Optometrists and Dispensing Opticians Board for a three-year term of office commencing on the date of this notification; and reappointed

Lorraine Helson

as a health practitioner member of the Optometrists and Dispensing Opticians Board for a term of office commencing on the date of this notification and ending on 11 November 2018.
