In accordance with clause 9(1) of the Sixth Schedule to the Education Act 1989, and with authority delegated from the Minister of Education, I hereby validate the irregularities of the election of parent representatives for the Papatoetoe Intermediate School (1428) Board of Trustees that was held in October 2015.

This notice takes effect the day of publication.
