Pursuant to the Civil Aviation Act 1990, sections 41(1) and 42 of the State Sector Act 1988, and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 10 September 2013, I, Sonya Helen van de Geer, Principal Adviser, Aviation and Security, Ministry of Transport, hereby give notice that the Acting Secretary for Transport has exercised the power conferred by section 87Q of the Civil Aviation Act 1990 to vary the terms of the Scheduled International Air Service Licence issued to Air Tahiti Nui permitting the airline to provide capacity as filed with and acknowledged by the Secretary for Transport, removing the airline’s current route restrictions and imposing less onerous tariffs filing requirements.

This variation took effect on 8 October 2015.
