Sacha Helena Judd, of Waipu

as a member of the Takeovers Panel for a term commencing on 13 October 2015 and expiring on 12 October 2020; and reappointed

Simon Michael Horner, of Auckland

as a member of the Takeovers Panel for a term commencing on 1 February 2016 and expiring on 31 January 2021; and reappointed

Roger Frederick Wallis, of Auckland

as a member of the Takeovers Panel for a term commencing on 1 February 2016 and expiring on 31 July 2017.
