as health practitioner members of the Osteopathic Council of New Zealand for three-year terms of office; and appointed

as a health practitioner member of the Osteopathic Council of New Zealand for a three-year term of office; and appointed

Adele Blackwood

Sue Ineson

as layperson members of the Osteopathic Council of New Zealand for three-year terms of office.

All commencing on the date of this notification.
