as a health practitioner member of the Occupational Therapy Board for a three-year term of office commencing on the date of this notification; and appointed

Kaye Cheetham

Erica Hodgson

as health practitioner members of the Occupational Therapy Board for three-year terms of office commencing on the date of this notification; and appointed

Sally Wenley

as a layperson member of the Occupational Therapy Board for a three-year term of office commencing on the date of this notification.
