Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 21 May 2014, which was granted under those Regulations to Karen Bishop in respect of Chelsea House Early Childhood Centre – The Villa (50125), situated at 51 Trafalgar Street, Levin.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
