Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 26 June 2015, which was granted under those Regulations to Maree Stewart in respect of The Lake Early Education Centre (34004), situated at 4 Camellia Place, Hamilton Central, Hamilton.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
