Pursuant to section 28(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government (in the absence from New Zealand of His Excellency the Governor-General) has reappointed the following members to the Electricity Authority, as established under the Electricity Industry Act 2010

Dr Thomas Brent Layton, onzm, of Wellington

as a member and chairperson (pursuant to clause 1(2) of Schedule 5 of the Crown Entities Act 2004) for five years; and reappointed

Susan Marie Paterson, onzm, of Auckland

Elena Josephine Trout, of Auckland

as members for five years.

All appointments take effect on 1 November 2015.
