Under sections 60(2)–(4) of the Ngāti Awa Claims Settlement Act 2005, and sections 64–70 of the Ngāti Tūwharetoa (Bay of Plenty) Claims Settlement Act 2005, the Minister of Conservation hereby appoints

Stanley Ratahi

to be a member of the joint advisory committee established under the Ngāti Awa Claims Settlement Act 2005 and the Ngāti Tūwharetoa (Bay of Plenty) Settlement Claims Act 2005.

This appointment is for the remainder of the term of five years to 21 June 2016.
