Pursuant to section 83(1) of the Motor Vehicle Sales Act 2003, His Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand has appointed

Jason Scott McHerron, of Wellington

as adjudicator for the Motor Vehicle Disputes Tribunal for a five-year term commencing on 1 September 2015 and expiring on 31 August 2020.
