Pursuant to section 86 of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003, the Minister of Health has reappointed

Kenneth Johnston

as Deputy Chair of the Health Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal for a three-year term of office commencing on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
