Pursuant to section 100ZA(2) of the Biosecurity Act 1993 (“the Act”), the Minister for Primary Industries gives notice that he is satisfied that The New Zealand Forest Owners Association Incorporated (FOA Incorporated) meets the criteria in subsections (3), (4), (6), (7) and (9) of the Act, and FOA Incorporated represents the commercial plantation forestry sector for the purposes of Government Industry Agreements under Part 5A of the Act.
