I, William Henry David More, Senior Solicitor, acting under delegated authority from the Secretary to the Treasury, hereby give notice that on 21 August 2015, I became aware that the Crown was vested, under section 324 of the Companies Act 1993 (by virtue of the removal of Hanover Equity Partners Limited from the Register of Companies on 7 October 2010) with the rights to money held by MinterEllisonRuddWatts.

The money held by MinterEllisonRuddWatts constitutes overpaid legal costs paid by Hanover Equity Partners Limited.
