Pursuant to the New Zealand Public Health and Disability Act 2000 and the Crown Entities Act 2004, the Minister of Health has appointed

Selina Mary (Sally) Webb

as a member and deputy chairperson of the Taranaki District Health Board for terms of office commencing on 14 October 2015 and ending on 4 December 2016.
