Pursuant to section 105 of the Financial Advisers Act 2008, the Minister of Commerce and Consumer Affairs has reappointed to the Disciplinary Committee under the Financial Advisers Act 2008

Peter Houghton, of Arrowtown

as a member, in accordance with section 105(5)(b) of the Financial Advisers Act 2008, from 1 August 2015 for a term of five years;

Geoffrey Denis Clews, of Auckland

as a member, in accordance with section 105(5)(c) of the Financial Advisers Act 2008, from 22 August 2015 for a term of four years; and

David John Douglas Macdonald, of Waikanae

as a member, in accordance with section 105(5)(b) of the Financial Advisers Act 2008, from 22 August 2015 for a term of four years.
