Pursuant to section 28(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004 and section 6(2) of the Takeovers Act 1993, His Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand has reappointed

David Oliver Jones, of Auckland

as chairperson and member of the Takeovers Panel for a term commencing on 1 October 2015 and expiring on 30 September 2016; and

Richard Anthony Lang Hunt, of Sydney, Australia

as a member of the Takeovers Panel for a term commencing on 31 August 2015 and expiring on 30 April 2018.
