as a member of the Hutt Valley District Health Board for a term of office commencing on the date of this notice’s publication and ending on 4 December 2016; and

Jane Christine Huia Hopkirk

to be a member of the Wairarapa District Health Board for a term of office commencing on the date of this notice’s publication and ending on 4 December 2016.
