Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 29 August 2011, which was granted under those Regulations to Carol Stovold in respect of Quality Kidz (30026), situated at 65A Girven Road, Arataki, Mount Maunganui.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
