Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(iii) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 18 May 2014, which was granted under those Regulations to Sherryll Wilson in respect of Kidsfirst Kindergartens Kendal Avenue (5429), situated at 55 Kendal Avenue, Burnside, Christchurch.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
