Pursuant to section 256 of the Lawyers and Conveyancers Act 2006 (“the Act”), notice is hereby given that on 8 May 2015 the High Court formally issued a judgment which recorded that an appeal against an order made by the New Zealand Lawyers and Conveyancers Disciplinary Tribunal, pursuant to section 242(1)(c) of the Act, striking the name of

off the roll of barristers and solicitors, had been dismissed.

Accordingly, as at the date of the High Court determination dismissing that appeal, the name of

has been struck off the roll of barristers and solicitors.
