Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 11 February 2014, which was granted under those Regulations to Anne-Marie Duff in respect of Portobello/Broadbay Playcentre (81032), situated at Harington Point Road, Portobello.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
