Pursuant to the New Zealand Public Health and Disability Act 2000 and the Crown Entities Act 2004, the Minister of Health has appointed

Ian Ronald Ward

as a member of the New Zealand Blood Service for a term of office commencing on 14 August 2015 and ending on 18 August 2017; and appointed

David Wright

as deputy chairperson and member of the New Zealand Blood Service for a term of office commencing on 14 August 2015 and ending on 30 September 2015.
