Pursuant to section 28(1)(a) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, the Minister of Health has appointed

Dr Anna Kataraina Rolleston

as a member of the Bay of Plenty District Health Board, for a term of office commencing on 31 July 2015 and ending on 4 December 2016.
