Pursuant to section 5 and clause 1 of the Schedule to the Transport Accident Investigation Commission Act 1990, the Governor-General of New Zealand and Minister of Transport appoint to the Transport Accident Investigation Commission

Helen Cull, qc

as the Chief Commissioner for a term commencing on 10 August 2015 and ending on 30 June 2020; and appoint

Peter McKenzie, qc

as the Deputy Chief Commissioner for a term commencing on 10 August 2015 and ending on 31 October 2018; and appoint

Stephen Davies Howard

as a Commissioner for a term commencing on 10 August 2015 and ending on 30 April 2019.
